On Christmas Eve, Lee and Lucy - who is three days overdue with their first baby - find themselves mistakenly caught up in a robbery at a local department store. Alongside them are Lee's dad, Frank, dressed as Santa's elf, Daisy and neighbours Toby and Anna. Locked in and faced with a dangerous armed robber wearing a Father Christmas mask, they have to come up with an escape plan. But will Lee's poorly conceived ideas get them into even more trouble?
