The latest batch of patients to be treated in the A&E department of London's King's College Hospital includes two with serious head injuries, including a cyclist from Brighton who has been airlifted to the building. Also brought in by helicopter is a father-of-four who fell from scaffolding as he repaired a roof, while other cases include former docker Bill, who has hurt his knee while drinking at his local working men's club
