Documentary about the rise to fame of the Who, one of Britain's most successful and innovative rock bands. The collection of footage includes scenes from the Monterey Pop Festival and the Rolling Stones' Rock 'n' Roll Circus, as well as the band's off-stage antics - which were usually inspired by drummer Keith Moon's cheerful penchant for chaos. Includes appearances by Steve Martin and Ringo Starr
