Wickedly sharp animated series following a boy navigating the dramas and pitfalls of Year 7 and trying to fit in. Joe wakes up and feels so wonderful that he just has to sing - he is a boyfriend! Upon entering school, he spots his girlfriend Lily Scott - they talk about a volcano Joe made in geography, but just as things look like they can't get any better, Joe learns that Eisha has dumped John. Joe assumes that John has been dumped for being a bad boyfriend... and tries to avoid the same fate.
