The second group of chefs compete for a place in the semi-finals, given an hour and 40 minutes to deliver a dish inspired by their favourite drink. This is one of the most high-pressure cook-offs yet, so the judges are ready for a cocktail of emotions from their contestants. Only three chefs move on to the next stage of the competition, so two must fall by the wayside
