Budding chocolatiers compete for the chance to make their own chocolate bar that will be manufactured and sold by one of the biggest chocolate companies in the world. This time, the chocolatiers are challenged to make bite-sized chocolates based on their favourite desserts, hoping to impress judge Ruth Hinks with their creations. In the second challenge, the competitors must create their own version of a celebration variety tin of chocolates, and the Hairy Bikers visit the Quality Street production line in Halifax
