As knockout week continues, five chefs take over Market Halls in central London to deliver world class food for 22 of the biggest movers and shakers in the pop-up scene. They have just three hours to serve up one dish for each of the diners as judges Marcus Wareing, Gregg Wallace and Monica Galetti keep a close eye on how the chefs cope working in cramped spaces with unfamiliar equipment
