Kirstie and Phil catch up with Catherine and Nigel four years after their first visit when they helped them decide what to do with their home in Larne, Northern Ireland. Catherine wanted to move from the disjointed small roomed bungalow in an isolated location but Nigel, who didn't want to buy the property in the first place, was in love with their large garden with stunning views. While Phil took the pair to see some impressive but affordable houses, Kirstie came up with a plan to repurpose their space. Now they're back to see if the pair stuck to their decision
