In the last programme of knockout week, the second group of five face two tough tests. First they are given three hours, with limited equipment and facilities, to produce a knockout plate that showcases their versatility and style. This dish is judged by a group of diners specialising in the street food and pop-up industry - and the contestant that wins the most votes sails through to the semi-finals. The other four are left to produce a showstopper dish in just 90 minutes - hoping it will be enough to get them through
