Nigella Lawson travels to Venice to soak up the atmosphere and gain inspiration for dishes for a Christmas party with an Italian twist. Back in the UK, she creates a tasty buffet menu for her guests, preparing a Venetian cocktail served with quick and easy canapes including Parmesan shortbreads and panettone stuffing squares. Nigella's take on the traditional roast bird is turkey breast stuffed with Italian sausage and marsala-steeped cranberries, served with salad and Brussels sprout pasta.
