Alex Polizzi tries to reverse the fortunes of Warwick Hall in Cumbria, one of her grandest hotels yet, but one suffering from low occupancy and negative feedback. While Alex is initially impressed with what she finds, she soon begins to discover the cracks and realises that she has a few harsh home truths to deliver - can she convince the owners that they need to rebrand themselves as a B&B instead of a hotel?
