At the end of the first week on the farm, it's time for one applicant to leave the process. But first, the hopefuls must prove their livestock handling skills when they're challenged to bring a herd of Welsh Black cattle in from the field, split off a one-tonne bull and safely administer some vitamins. They must also demonstrate their head for business as they present their visions for the farm
