Ed leads the group deeper into the jungle where they spend their first night sleeping wild. On their trek to their jungle camp, Jethro realises just how good the outdoors has been for Dexter, who has been getting in trouble at school, and also reflects on his own physical limitations. Once in camp, each of the dads must work with their child to put up their hammocks before trying to sleep amid a cacophony of bugs, insects and howler monkeys. A snake makes an appearance in camp and the following morning Ed has a sunrise surprise for the group
