Claire McCollum explores how art in churches can bring stories of faith alive. She visits St Michael and All Angels in Garton-on-the-Wolds, East Yorkshire, whose inside walls are adorned by extraordinary artwork, and explores St Hilary church in Cornwall, with its collection of works from the Newlyn School of Art, which caused a great deal of controversy when first installed. Claire also travels to York to meet artist Dave Nevard at the opening night of his new exhibition, depicting some of the Bible's most challenging and notorious characters
