13 Emmerdale spoilers for this week: Tracy’s betrayal exposed, John’s huge mistake and gabby’s gun drama
Tracy, John and Gabby are all under pressure
Emmerdale spoilers for next week reveal Tracy’s lies are exposed to Pollard who sacks her immediately. Can he ever recover from her betrayal?
Meanwhile, John’s neck is also on the line after a mistake at work. But can saving Jacob’s life save his job?
Here’s all that’s happening next week in Emmerdale spoilers – April 7 to 11.
Tracy loses everything as her lies are exposed in Emmerdale spoilers
1. Tracy continues to steal
Despite her guilt and shame, Tracy has not stopped taking from Eric’s till and pockets some more cash. When Pollard says he’s going over the accounts to get the business ready for sale, she is terrified she’s about to get caught. But instead Pollard beats himself up about the missing money.
2. Tracy confesses
Feeling beyond guilty, Tracy confesses to Vanessa what she’s been up to. Vanessa is understanding and tells Tracy she’s sorry she hadn’t realised how tough it was for her. She then gives Tracy the money to replace what Eric is missing.
3. Pollard finds out
Tracy puts the money back and then gaslights Pollard into believing he misplaced it. Happy to have her support, Eric takes Tracy for lunch to say thank you. But Vanessa is drunk and upset and she angrily outs Tracy’s stealing secret in the pub in front of Pollard. He fires Tracy on the spot, devastated at her betrayal. And now everyone in the village knows what she’s done.

4. John slips up at work
Something is going on with John when he misdiagnoses Kerry due to being distracted. Liam is furious and reveals he’s going to review all of John’s work. John confides in Victoria some of the mistakes he’s made as a medic and Victoria then tells him her own professional blunders urging him to go easy on himself.
5. Can John save Jacob?
The next day, Jacob takes a sip of the wrong coffee and goes into anaphylactic shock. His allergy pen is missing and he’s in a complete panic. John is on hand and rushes to unconscious Jacob. He checks for a pulse and sets out to prove himself in a medical crisis. But does he know more about this than he’s letting on?
Gabby gun drama in Emmerdale spoilers
6. Thomas gets hold of Kim’s gun
Kim is looking after Thomas, but is distracted by a work call. She leaves her gun lying around near the toddler and leaves the room. Thomas of course sets his sights on the weapon and Gabby is furious when she returns home to find him playing near the gun box.
7. Gabby moves out
Fuming Gabby makes a rash decision that she’s moving into the Dingles’ with Vinny and Thomas. But things there aren’t much easier as tensions with Sam rise.
8. Gabby gets her way
Sam tells Kim Gabby is thinking of moving to Leeds to get Kim to act fast. Kim offers Gabby, Vinny and Thomas Dale View in order to keep her in the village. Gabby accepts and the couple get moving again. But Kim has seen through Sam’s act and congratulates him on his schemes!
Sarah arrested in Emmerdale spoilers
9. Sarah steals Cain’s car
While Sarah distracts Cain, Kammy steals his car keys and the pair of them take his car for a joy ride. But Jacob has spotted Kammy speeding off in the car and reports him to the police, unaware Sarah is involved…
10. Sarah arrested
PC Swirling pulls Sarah over on a country road in Cain’s car. She’s cocky and confident, like a true Dingle, but when he looks in the boot, Sarah’s facade fades. What has he found? And is it actually anything to do with her?

11. Can Kim save Dawn’s marriage?
Determined to keep Dawn and Billy together, Kim organises a romantic getaway for the couple to get their marriage back on track. Will it work?
12. Vanessa lashes out at Rhona
Still angry and upset over Mary and Suzy, grieving Vanessa gets drunk. She angrily takes her emotions out on Rhona saying some nasty things about her mum.
13. Jacob catches Sarah in Emmerdale spoilers
Jacob is embarrassed when he catches Sarah having an intimate afternoon with Kammy. Will he get his heart broken by her?
We’ve been suspicious of John Sugden in Emmerdale before, but something next week just doesn’t feel right about Jacob’s collapse.
Are we reading too much into this or is John creating medical issues for half the village so he can save them all?
The other week it was Chas
When Chas collapsed the other week it was revealed she had overdosed. John found her, rushed her to hospital and saved her life.
Ella was immediately blamed and run out of town because of it. But she has protested her innocence and we sort of believe her.
Meanwhile, John was desperate to make Chas like him – and we know he’s gone to extreme lengths to sort out his problems before. Could he have done so again? Did John spike Chas so he could save her life?
Now John saves Jacob in Emmerdale
And next week it’s John to the rescue again. He’s already made a mistake at work, so once again needs to prove himself and what better way than saving a life.
Victoria’s chat about her own mistakes at work might just have tipped him off. Remember when she accidentally gave Jacob a sauce with nuts in and he had a severe reaction. If she shares that information with John, she might just spark a heroic idea.
But why would John do all that?
Well that’s the killer question, isn’t it? There’s A LOT we clearly don’t know about John and we’ve been suspicious for a while about him. He pretty much has serial killer written all over him, doesn’t he?
He’s the prime suspect for Nate’s death and disposed of Anthony’s body after his murder with deft authority – certainly like he’d done it before.
Is he making himself a hero, so no one ever suspects he’s also a killer?
Of course, this is all just speculative, but you’ve got to admit, it is starting to make sense…
