In Emmerdale spoilers for Thursday, March 27, Caleb is attacked thanks to Joe and ends up flat-lining in hospital.
Ruby and Steph bond as Caleb fails to return home after running an errand, but they have no idea what has really happened.
Elsewhere, Marlon hides a letter addressed to April from Dylan, and Brenda wins a magazine competition.

1. Caleb flatlines after being stabbed
It’s the day that Joe has been waiting for. He is about to get a new kidney. With his plan in full motion, Caleb is attacked and stabbed.
Joe takes him to a private surgery where Dr Crowley is. But Crowley wasn’t expecting the situation to get this out of control, and with Caleb looking seriously injured, he doesn’t know if he will actually be able to save him.
As the stabbing was actually way too severe, Caleb ends up flat-lining on the operating table. Dr Crowley finds himself attempting to save his life and performing the kidney transplant. But will it all go according to plan?
2. Dawn gets stood up
After reuniting, Joe and Dawn had planned to meet up. While Dawn was excited for it, Joe failed to actually turn up.
Of course Dawn has no idea where he really is and what he is up to, but she is annoyed to find he has once again abandoned her.
Elsewhere Ross and Charity are still working together to find dirt on Joe, and they attempt to track him down. Will they succeed?
3. Steph and Ruby bond in Emmerdale spoilers
Caleb was supposed to be spending the day with Ruby and Steph as a family. But he heads out to the depot for a ‘quick’ errand, he fails to come home.
Both Steph and Ruby use his delay to speak openly and honestly to each other, possibly for the first time in their lives. Of course, they have no idea that Caleb is really flat-lining in a hospital as they are having their heart to heart.
After everything that has happened – are they now closer than ever as a family? And how will they react when they hear what has happened to Caleb?
4. Brenda wins a huge prize in Emmerdale spoilers
Nicola informs Brenda that she appeared to have won a competition in a magazine. But Brenda doesn’t seem that bothered, announcing that she is turning down the huge prize.
But Nicola is left shocked at this, and appears to get an idea whenever she hears the news. What is she going to do? And why did Brenda turn the prize down?
5. Dylan reaches out to April
Marlon spots a letter for April from Dylan and decides to hide it. However, Paddy realises what he has done and tries to do whatever he can to make Marlon come clean to April.
But will he? And if he tells April he hid the letter – how will she react?
