John to kill Jai as he gets closer to the truth about Anthony, fan theory predicts
Will John silence Jai?
A new Emmerdale fan theory suggests that John Sugden could soon kill Jai Sharma over Anthony’s murder truth.
Jai’s been snooping around where he’s not wanted and has become a bit of a problem for the ‘Anthony murder club.’
Caleb’s now thrown him a cover story, and if Jai’s a clever guy, he should drop the matter. While he still has the chance…

Caleb’s cover story to Jai in Emmerdale
Fans of Emmerdale will know that John helped Aaron dispose of Anthony’s body after believing that he killed him…
Anthony’s body is now buried in the woods, under a large log. And, it seems like half of the village now knows that Ruby was the one to bump her abusive father off. But, Jai’s still none the wiser.
Jai’s got serious FOMO though, and is desperate to be a part of the ‘Anthony murder club.’ Or, to bring the exclusive club down.
You see, Jai knows that the ‘cool kids’ are hiding something about Anthony and last night’s (Monday, March 25) quizzing of Steph saw him be fed a cover story by Caleb.
With Jai preying on an emotional Steph, Caleb swooped in and told him that Anthony had left after being given a talking to. Caleb had ‘set’ the whole Depot break-in up and Anthony had caught wind…
Steph was ‘upset’ because she loved her grandad and didn’t want him to leave. But, we reckon Jai’s not going to be convinced by the whole made up scenario.

Theory: John to kill Jai?
It’s fair to say that fans don’t trust John and reckon that he’s capable of killing… After seeing how cool, calm and collected he was when covering up Anthony’s murder, and with Nate’s body still bobbing around in the lake… one theory thinks John’s a serial killer in the making.
And, he could now make Jai his next victim to keep the truth about Anthony’s murder from coming out.
A fan on X theorised: “If John hears that Jai is nosing around about creepy grandad, he could end up going for a swim in the lake.”
But, are Jai’s days numbered? Perhaps he should be careful…
