Fans of Emmerdale have shared their distaste for Aaron and John as a couple… once again demanding that they split up before their relationship goes any further.
This follows last night’s episode (airing Wednesday, November 4), in which John could be seen briefly as Ross popped around to see Aaron and Mack.
After sending Ross packing, John headed off too. It was then revealed that Mack was the one who took Jade’s money.
However, fans were more distracted by the presence of John, reminding them of a relationship that, for many, is one of the soap’s least-liked pairings.
Emmerdale fans slam John and Aaron as they demand ‘Robron’ returns
Writing on the social media site X, fans shared their disappointment that the soap was continuing to plough ahead with Aaron and John’s relationship.
Many, of course, are still holding out for the reunion of ‘Robron’ – Aaron and ex-husband Robert.
“Many of us want Robert back in Ryan Hawley’s face. We don’t care about John and Aaron as ‘couple’ nor about John as character. I don’t know what Emmerdale was waiting for? good buzz? there is only negativity and boredom. Break them up and give Aaron a better story,” said one fan.
“Can’t stand John and Aaron together they just don’t have chemistry imo,” claimed another.
“I think Aaron will feature in one if not two storylines the first will probably be the continuation of Ross’s boxing storyline and the second will have to do with Chas and her new/old romance and it’s aftermath. Because unless Robert returns he and John will be boring,” said a third.
“As far as we like Aaron,we know that he would never have been with John knowing that he is a Sugden, I still don’t know why they are together, because like everything happens off screen,” agreed another.
Emmerdale spoilers: Love is in the air
This comes as recent Emmerdale spoilers have revealed that Aaron and John will confess their love during an upcoming camping trip.
After John takes Aaron out on a getaway in the woods, their relationship deepens. It’s then that the pair admit their love for each other.
