Film The Four Feathers (1939)
Zoltan Korda was one of cinema's greatest directors and this action adventure is testament to his skill, as he brings the oft-reworked AEW Mason novel to the screen in impressive fashion. The plot concerns a military officer who resigns his commission and is wrongly accused of cowardice. In a bid to redeem himself, he enlists as an undercover agent in Egypt. The wonderful cast includes John Clements, June Duprez, Ralph Richardson, C Aubrey Smith and Jack Allen
