Patroller Mickey discovers that a bouncing wheel, ripped from a car in a high-speed crash on one side of the motorway, has caused three more cars to crash on the opposite carriageway. A vehicle out of fuel, on one of Britain's busiest junctions, causes chaos in Birmingham's rush hour and officers come to the rescue when one driver's long weekend away is cut short after her car breaks down
